This range of pressure regulators is suitable for all gases and gas mixtures of a purity up to 6.0 with the exception or corrosive gases. The pressure regulators are suitable for an operating temperature –20ºC to+60ºC. The leakage rate for helium is<1.10-6.mbar.l.s-1. The pressure regulators and change-over stations are of modular construction and can be supplied according to customer requirements.
