To reach the temperature which is necessary for gas welding, only the combination oxygen / acetylene can be used. For this reason our combined welding and cutting torches are designed for the use with oxygen and acetylene. For cutting only also propane can be used as fuel gas. For the 2-tube cutting torches (injector mixing torches) the cutting torch and the cutting nozzles have to be designed for use with propane; for the 3-tube cutting torches (nozzle mixing) only the cutting nozzles are different for use with acetylene or with propane.
